A complete solution
Thanks to the compactness and versatility, Gennaretti decanter centrifuges are suitable for the installation inside standard industrial containers, together with other accessories and components that complete the separation system.
Thus S.P.A.C.I. is established, the Automatic Polymeric Station in Industrial Container, a complete turnkey system solution, easy to transport (RINA certification is available) and to install in building sites or remote areas (no masonry or civil works needed) which guarantees excellent adaptability to the various sectors of application.
With S.P.A.C.I., any type of sludge can be treated, in any area or zone, thus facilitating the disposal of a smaller volume of solid material and thus allowing the immediate recycle or reuse of the liquid obtained by separating.
The plants are kept in standard industrial containers, measuring 10’, 20’ o 40’, depending on the decanter dimensions and it can also be placed on a moving vehicle. The plant includes the preparation of the polymer with automatic preparation stations as well as mixer tanks. It is also provided with process control and management systems. Depending on the dimensions and on the work volume, the plant can be organised in two containers, with the possibility of positioning them on top of each other.
An adaptable product
The installation is supplied with every necessary part for the functioning (pumps, motor, etc.) and it can be equipped with generator of electric energy, lighting, heating or air conditioning systems and a workspace.
In this way, it is possible to optimise spaces with the advantage of having the evacuation of the dry solid residue at an ideal height to discharge it directly into the hopper of a lorry below, thus facilitating the disposal.
