Der gleiche Motor treibt das Hydraulikpumpensystem an, das \u00fcber einen Hydraulikmotor die Schraube antreibt.<br \/>\nDie Ver\u00e4nderung der Rotationsgeschwindigkeit der Schraube verl\u00e4uft kontinuierlich und automatisch und erfolgt \u00fcber zwei Vorg\u00e4nge:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>mit konstanter Rotation<\/strong> (die Differentialrotation ist kontinuierlich und die \u00dcbertragungskraft h\u00e4ngt vom Prozentsatz des eingehenden Feststoffes ab);<\/li>\n<li><strong>mit konstantem Drehmoment<\/strong> (die Differentialrotationen h\u00e4ngt vom Prozentsatz des eingehenden Feststoffes ab).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Das Funktionsprinzip der Dekanterzentrifuge basiert auf dem spezifischen Gewichtsunterschied der zu behandelnden Feststoff-Fl\u00fcssigkeit-Substanzen.<br \/>\nDie Trennung findet in der Trommel statt, die mit hoher Geschwindigkeit rotiert und die Schwerkraft um ein Tausendfaches multipliziert.
