Innovative solutions have also been used for all the other electric, electronic and control components: inverter start-up, continuous oil lubrication, auger rotation speed controlled with the PWM method, speed detection with encoder, possibility of connection via modem.
Moreover, the control and management system, made with PLC, allows extensive standard or optional technical and process analysis.

- machine data
- the technical process and consumption values
- the auger speed
- alarms log
- wiring diagrams
- state of the plant inverters
and the machine can be managed, with the possibility to carry out:
- automatic lubrication
- automatic dosing of the polymer, depending on the dry residue (in the ecology sector)
- drum rotation speed change, with consequent regulation capacity of the centrifugal force in order to control the clarified substance.
The connection of a modem, which dialogues with the control systems, allows company technicians to manage and control the machine completely via telephone.
All of the automatisms allow the non-supervision of the plant, in a way to lower management costs and to have 24 hour operability.
Continuous research has allowed to create innovative systems which, thanks to their particular construction, allow correct and continuous operation in situations of exasperated use and in conditions of high stress; moreover, the compactness and silence of the machines have greatly improved the conditions of use, making the work place cleaner and more tranquil.
